Teriyaki Blinis with Caviars

On this occasion, we would like to share with you an exquisite recipe for catering and banquets that will surely surprise you: Teriyaki Blinis with Caviars.

Let’s start by explaining what a blini is? The blini is a small, fluffy pancake of Russian origin that has become a popular choice in international cuisine. In this particular recipe, we have decided to give it an Asian twist by using the delicious Teriyaki Sauce from “Sosa Ingredients”.

But that’s not all, we’ve added a special touch to ensure that our blinis are even spongier. Instead of using the water contained in traditional egg whites, we have replaced this ingredient with the product Albuwhip. Thanks to this innovation, we achieve a light and airy texture that will make every bite a heavenly experience.

We would also like to highlight the yuzu pearls that accompany our blinis. These pearls are made using Agar-agar, a gelling agent of vegetable origin. To achieve their spherical shape, we carefully place the mixture of ingredients in very cold oil, thus creating small, shiny, citrus-flavoured spheres that add a sophisticated and refreshing touch to our culinary creation.

It is important to mention that this recipe is perfect for catering events and banquets. Its elegant presentation and combination of sophisticated flavours make it an ideal choice for special occasions and gourmet parties. It will undoubtedly surprise and delight all discerning palates.

In short, Teriyaki Blinis with a selection of caviars are a fusion of gastronomic cultures resulting in a unique culinary experience. With the Asian touch of “Sosa Ingredientes” Teriyaki sauce, the sponginess of the Albuwhip product and the yuzu pearls made with Agar-agar, this recipe promises to conquer the heart and palate of any lover of haute cuisine.

We hope you enjoy this delicious proposal and that you will be encouraged to try it at your next culinary celebrations!
