Strawberry and Buddha’s Hand Cream Gel
Ingredients
- 100 g Strawberry puree 100%
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 20 g Simple syrup
- 4 g Buddha hand zest
- 14 g Gelcrem Cold Sosa
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a jug.100 g Strawberry puree 100%, 10 g Lemon juice, 20 g Simple syrup, 4 g Buddha hand zest, 14 g Gelcrem Cold
- Mix using a hand blender for 2 minutes.
- Cover with cling film.
- Let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Mix using the hand blender again.
- Put into a squeeze bottle.
