During 2024, Flaxfiber reached a new milestone by being put to the test in the kitchens of Disfrutar, the best restaurant in the world. Under the direction of celebrity chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, the Disfrutar team explored the creative possibilities offered by Flaxfiber, demonstrating its ability to enhance preparations without altering the sensory experience.
